To be born of the Spirit and then to be filled with the Spirit with the evidence of speaking in Tongues. 2 Peter 1:12 says, I will not be negligent, to put you always in remembrance of these things, though you know them and be establish in the present truth." Christians need to be taught and then reminded about the ministry of the Holy Ghost in order to walk in the fullness of the blessing that God has for them.
